3 Things That Kill Your Vibration (And Make Your Life Suck)
Good news: they’re also easy to eliminate

While having a lot of money in your bank account is quite awesome, having a high vibration is even more awesome.
The Law of Vibration Explained
Because of what we know about quantum physics and the Law of Vibration, we know that at its core, everything in the universe is energy and all that energy vibrates at a specific frequency. Therefore, your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and physical state each emit a vibration that affects what you attract or repel.
And when your internal vibration aligns with your desired outcome, you naturally magnetize it into your reality. A high vibration will give you a lot more than money (although it will give you that too), it will also allow you to experience all of the awesome things that make life worth living. Including:
Vibrant physical health
Internal abundance and peace
Loving relationships and friendships
Finally feeling feeling like you’re worthy and “enough”
In short, optimizing your vibration is the key to you getting everything you want in life.
You Are The Antenna. Your Vibration Is The Signal.
The radio is a great metaphor for what I’m talking about here. If you are over the age of 35 then you probably remember those radios with antennas you had to put at the exact right angle to get a clear signal. In this metaphor, you (as in the physical you, including your body, thoughts, feelings, etc) are the antenna; the universe is the broadcast field that emits the radio waves; and your vibration or frequency is the signal.
When you tune into the right signal, you are more likely to get what you want in life. And the good news is that you always have access to a clear, perfect signal. You are a divine being and you are literally made up of the same substance as star dust. However, the problem is that us humans are really good at covering up our perfect signal with newspapers and creating static.
Get Rid of the Static
So the first step to optimizing your vibration and creating the life you want is getting rid of the static. Once we get rid of the static and get to that clear signal, we can then do things to amplify the signal (which I’ll talk about in a later newsletter).
The good news is that eliminating the static and getting to a clear signal is a pretty straightforward process. It starts with eliminating the main toxic inputs that create the static. Once you eliminate these, you are more than 80% of the way there to having a clear signal and high vibration.
The three toxic inputs are: toxic food, toxic external inputs, and toxic internal inputs.
Let’s break down each of these and give you clear action steps for eliminating them systematically.
Toxic Input #1: Toxic Food
As I’ve mentioned before in this Newsletter, your physiology forms the foundation of your frequency. Think of yourself as a high performing Ferrari. You are engineered for perfection and powered by the Divine. What kind of gas would a smart person put in their Ferrari? Most likely the highest quality gas they can find.
However, if you were to fuel that beautiful Ferrari with sand or garbage it would malfunction. It’s the same thing with your body: if you don’t fuel your body with high quality food, then your vibration will malfunction and it will be difficult to accomplish your goals.
And here’s the good news: if you eliminate low-vibration, toxic foods you’ll be 95% of the way to having a high quality diet.
Now I’ll be the first to admit that what constitutes a “good diet” can be pretty confusing these days. For example, up until about 5 years ago pretty much every expert agreed that green vegetables like kale and broccoli were healthy. Now, however, some are saying the opposite. You also find smart people who say that nuts, fruits and dairy should be avoided and just as many smart people who say they are cornerstones of a healthy diet. Many smart people swear by the carnivore diet while others will tell you that it’s dangerous.
However, the one thing that pretty much every expert on diet and nutrition agrees on is this: ultra processed foods (especially processed sugar) do not lead to optimum health and should be severely limited or avoided altogether.
These are strongly linked to:
Obesity
Type 2 diabetes
Heart disease
Certain cancers
Depression and cognitive decline
It’s going to be hard to get what you want in life if you’re suffering from poor health. And depression is essentially the textbook definition of an ultra-low vibrational state. Therefore, Step One to clearing the signal and increasing your vibration is limiting (better: eliminating) ultra-processed foods and processed sugars from your diet.
Doing this is actually quite simple. To start, all you have to do is get rid of any ultra-processed foods or foods containing processed sugar from your house. Just do it. It will most likely take less than an hour to do this.
The next thing I recommend you do is adopt a “no snacks” philosophy. The majority of snacks that people eat in between meals fall into the toxic food category. For the average person, this means having three meals per day with no snacks in between. People who practice intermittent fasting or similar philosophies may have just two meals per day or even one. Do whatever works for you. By getting rid of the toxic food in your house and adopting a “no snacks” philosophy you’re well on your way to building the foundation of a high vibration.
Toxic Input #2: Toxic Digital Inputs
Now that we’ve cleared out our bodies, it’s time to do the same thing with our brains. That’s what these next two toxic inputs we’re discussing will be about. Toxic digital inputs refers to low-vibration inputs that come from outside of our own brains. The primary culprits here include things like social media scrolling, online news, and low-quality online entertainment like YouTube rabbit holes and podcasts.
The problem with all of these is they damage our attention and keep us in a distracted, lower-frequency state. Essentially, low quality digital inputs are like junk food for the mind. Our brains need time to process each of these inputs as well. Not only that, but certain inputs can be truly damaging to our mental health. For example, social media comparison has direct links to depression as does over-consumption of online news (which is designed to outrage us).
On the other hand, if we can eliminate (or severely limit) the amount of toxic digital inputs, not only will we increase our mental well-being and clarity, we’ll also have a more direct connection to Source. This will lead to better ideas and downloads, enhanced creativity, and stronger intuition, all of which correlate to a higher vibration.
My favorite technique for eliminating toxic digital inputs is what I call “digital intermittent fasting.” I’m guessing you're familiar with intermittent fasting as it relates to food and dieting. A pretty common digital intermittent fasting protocol involves basically skipping breakfast. So you may have your first meal around noon and consume all of your calories for the day within around a 6 hours window.
I recommend doing this same thing for your digital inputs. Meaning: no checking email or going on social media or consuming news before noon or after 6 p.m. This will give your mind 18 hours per day of quality of time where your attention is protected. It’s hard for me to explain what this does for your frequency if you’ve never done it before. But the best analogy I can think of that it’s similar to how one who has been eating a bad diet feels after they spend a week or two on a more optimal diet.
They are usually astonished at how much better they feel and say things like “I can’t believe I felt so bad before when I was eating all that junk food.” But they also notice the difference when they compare how they feel now to how they felt before.
Toxic Input #3: Toxic Thoughts
We can be our own worst enemies at times. Once we’ve done a good job of clearing the signal by getting rid of toxic food and toxic digital inputs, we’re then in a great position to completely clear the signal by eliminating toxic thoughts (which inevitably lead to negative emotions and low-frequency states).
I have to be honest with you: for most people it’s much easier to eliminate toxic food and toxic digital inputs because there is a systematic process for doing this (which we’ve touched on in this Newsletter). However, I’d be lying to you if I told you that there is a surefire way for eliminating all negative thoughts.
Research shows that we have between 12,000 and 60,000 thoughts per day. And many of those thoughts are less than positive. Thus, the key is not to attempt to eliminate them altogether, but to condition yourself to identify negative thoughts when they come up and quickly get into a more neutral or positive state. You may be familiar with Victor Frankl’s quote:
“Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space lies our freedom and power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.”
Now there are literally thousands of tools and entire fields of study (such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) devoted almost exclusively to how to respond optimally when “bad” things happen. I’m going to share two of my favorite tools for this in just a second. But regardless of whether you use my recommended tools or not, I highly recommend you develop the skill of identifying your negative thoughts and then getting back into a neutral or positive state.
This is amongst the most important life skills one can ever learn.
Here are two tools to get you started with this:
Tool #1: The Ultimate Abundance Mantra
I’ve previously written in detail about this mantra in a previous newsletter. You can check out that article for more details about why it’s so powerful. But here is the mantra in its entirely:
“I’m grateful to feel this deep state of joy, inner peace, and lavish abundance.”
That’s it!
Say this to yourself one, two, five or ten times and you’ll find it very difficult to stay in a bad state of mind. So if you find yourself worrying or complaining about things not going your way, just stop, take a breath and say this mantra to yourself.
Tool #2: “Relax and Release”
This is another powerful tool. And its power lies in its simplicity. Whenever you find yourself ruminating on something negative just relax and allow the negative feelings/thoughts to pass through you. I’ll often say the words “relax and release” to myself as I’m doing this. Sometimes I may say it 100 times in a day if I’m feeling a lot of stress or worry, but this tool always works.
The main key that I can give you when using this tool is just trust that it’s working and that you’re doing it right. As you use this and the mantra tool more and more you’ll eventually get to the point where that calm, expansive vibration becomes your default state And that’s a great place to be.
So to recap, in this article we broke down how to eliminate the top three toxic inputs that are killing your vibration. They are: toxic foods, toxic digital inputs, and toxic thoughts. By systemically eliminating all three of these you will soon be vibrating higher than 99% of the population and will experience the external abundance to match your high vibration.
